Cuisine

Wine is made to be enjoyed with friends and food, and we are passionate about culinary endeavors, regularly sponsoring food and chef's events. In the past, we have worked with companies such as Lindt to create exciting food and wine partnerships. At wine expos and events, our wine is often paired with different Lindt chocolates for a unique culinary experience. We have also experimented with a cocktail range to demonstrate how versatile our wine is, and that it can be used with spices and fresh fruit.

The new Leopard's Leap Vineyards estate is lucky to have esteemed chef, Liam Tomlin of Chef's Warehouse, as our culinary consultant. Liam is a world-renowned chef who ran Sydney's top restaurant, Banc, for several years. He has published a number of cookbooks and gives cooking classes and demonstrations. With his help, we hope to provide a unique food and wine pairing experience for our visitors.
